Co-founder, Executive Director: Founder and Executive Director (2015-2020) of a Brooklyn-based 501(c)3 nonprofit community organization whose mission is to empower Brooklyn’s underserved local communities by providing active learning in media practices, and to amplify their voices through a global Internet radio platform and public art.

Radio Free Brooklyn currently broadcasts to over 10,000 monthly unique listeners in 121 countries around the world. In both 2015 and 2016 it was named a top 5 finalist for "Best Internet Radio Station in the U.S. and Canada" by the Mixcloud / International Radio Festival Radio Awards. 2005-2007: Senior Producer for various online initiatives (B2B & B2C): Responsibilities included managing budgets and schedules & working with internal teams to manage projects from conception to completion.

2000-2002: Content Producer, Integrated Strategy : Worked with Ad Sales and Marketing to conceptualize and develop new 'integrated' (online and on-air) strategies for Oxygen's ad partners: developing concepts, writing and editing copy, developing site architecture, and advising the design team in the development of creative.
